Tuscany Hotel The Tuscany Hotel & Casino is located on a 25 acre site in downtown Las Vegas. The initial landscape installation consisted of multiple specimen palm trees, various large trees, shrubs and color. Sunstate's Landscape Maintenance Division and Sunstate's Tree Services maintained all trees and shrubs for over 10 years leaving a lasting impression for the years ahead.

International Village Park The International Village Park is a family park with common areas sitting on two acres that we installed for a multiple housing subdivision. Included in the construction were barb-b-cues, playground equipment, water features, shade structures, trees, shrubs and desert landscape combination to create a beautiful setting for the neighborhoods enjoyment.

Sams Town Sam's Town Casino has utilized our landscape maintenance services for over 4 years. During this time we provided enhancements to the exterior landscape at the Casino and their two RV Park properties. The Sam's Town "Atrium" on the interior of the Casino requires continuous shrub and color enhancements throughout the year to create the everlasting beauty that it's known for.
