Rick Gruber founded Sunstate Companies over thirty years ago. He and his team have grown the company to well over three hundred employees and have become one of Southern Nevada’s largest landscape companies. He has focused the company on quality and customer service which gives the company a stellar reputation in the construction industry. His day to day hands-on approach has helped the company evolve from a small landscape outfit to maintaining a high volume of work in multiple departments including landscape, concrete, grounds management, landscape design, and SWPPP (Storm Water Pollution Protection Program). His crew is loyal, and his reputation is that of a legend in the industry.
